Mike moved into technology recruitment through software testing before broadening into DevOps, cloud and enterprise technology. He progressed from individual specialist to team builder and director, developing a practical view of what makes technical hiring work.

In 2021 he co-founded Change Recruitment around a simple operating principle: genuine relationships, straight advice and outcomes that last. For the US desk, he brings that experience to permanent Software Engineering searches and senior team-building conversations.
