Founded by recruiters who wanted more
We started Change because we saw too many talented people frustrated by recruiters who didn't understand their work. Engineers getting calls about irrelevant roles. Hiring managers drowning in unsuitable resumes. Good candidates ghosted mid-process.
We knew there was a better way. Our West Coast team focuses on three permanent markets: Software Engineering, Data and AI.
